eh... felt good and strong...I know you prefer that I don't use the tready..but tomorrow I am going to for a few reasons first, I have the boys and no sitter, then I'd like to get it done early so it'll feel like 2 whole days off...and i will HAVE to go easy!
I feel like my running has gotten more...progressive (for the lack of better language). I mean I naturally lean more forward now, I worked so much on posture during my longer runs that it seems more natural now. when I realize I'm going faster I can def. tell that my body is leaning forward more, I don't kind of..collapse around myself, and so on...I hope this is a sign for good things to come!
BTW..at this moment..I'm so ready to go! don't ask me in 5 mintues though as I'll probably me telling you are nuts for thinking I can do it at whatever pace you're going to give me!
