eh... felt good and strong...I know you prefer that I don't use the tready..but tomorrow I am going to for a few reasons first, I have the boys and no sitter, then I'd like to get it done early so it'll feel like 2 whole days off...and i will HAVE to go easy!

I feel like my running has gotten more...progressive (for the lack of better language). I mean I naturally lean more forward now, I worked so much on posture during my longer runs that it seems more natural now. when I realize I'm going faster I can def. tell that my body is leaning forward more, I don't kind of..collapse around myself, and so on...I hope this is a sign for good things to come!

BTW..at this moment..I'm so ready to go! don't ask me in 5 mintues though as I'll probably me telling you are nuts for thinking I can do it at whatever pace you're going to give me!

Definitely all good signs. You are naturally becoming a more efficient runner, and it is starting to show in your times, fitness, and form. And as along as you stay smart about your training, it will be nothing but improvement as you continue. Glad you are feeling ready to go. I know you are ready. You have done it. 16 tough weeks of marathon training. Now for the fun part.... Race day!!
