felt good...little tired as usual at this point....will I be running 6 days at some point?...i'm not complaining but I hope not but if I have to I'll be excited...see? :-)
Looks great. Yep, you should feel pretty tired, especially coming off the tempo run. But tired is a good thing, provided you aren't feeling hurt or uncomfortable. No, I don't plan to have you running 6 days at any point in this marathon training. 5 days should be plenty to get you where we want with the way I have it structured.
