2) Dumbbell Fly on body ball - 20
3) Squats - 50 (25 with 18lb. bar/ 25 no weight)
4) Jump rope - 1:00
Circuit Two
1) Close grip push ups - 10
2) Side planks - 10
3) Burpies - 10
4) Squats - 20
5) Jump rope - 1:00
Circuit Three
1) Close grip push ups - 20
2) Squats - 25
3) Shoulder Press - 10
4) Jump rope - 1:00
Circuit Four
1) Dips (chair if necessary) - 20
2) Overhead Tricep - until failure
3) Lunges w/ lat raises
4) Mountain climbers
5) Boat pose
Circuit Five
1) Jump rope - 1:00
2) Bicycle crunch - 50 each leg
3) Extended plank - 1:00
