Notes
Ran with Dustin and Bret (for the first half). Took Tylenol about 30 minutes before run and knees felt fine through most of run. I'm very confident that I can not only finish the marathon now, but also increase the pace by at least the 10 seconds/mile to get to under a 4 hour marathon.
I ate pasta for lunch, pasta and sweet potato for dinner, and had a cinnamon raisin bagel before bed. Then had another bagel for breakfast.
