Had to stop after 4 miles b/c of left IT Band pain. Back to cross training/ice/ treadmill and daily stretches.

IT Band - 3x/day:

• leg raises (40)

• roller

• pigeon

• side bend

• laying back cross leg

• seated foot to chest
