I concentrated on form only tonight - keeping my arms lower instead of bringing them across my body and keeping my head and chest up. When I get tired or winded, I start to lift my arms and use a ton of extra energy. Definitely making progress there.
I kept track of my time in 2 mile splits.
1 - 16:46 (8:23/mi)
2 -16:19 (8:10/mi)
3 - 15:51 (7:55/mi)
4 - 16:10 (8:05/mi) This is great considering I came up the huge hill on Brightleaf.
