Run felt great. Wanted to keep HR low and continue to concentrate on keeping arms low and going straight forwards and backwards, instead of across body. I'm getting there but every so often I catch myself crossing.
I ran with ipod shuffle today and I think that should help me relax during the beginning of the race (with more mellow songs) and then help push me during the 2nd half of the race.
I'm really happy with my training and am confident that I'll run a much better marathon than I ever dreamed of running just a couple months ago.
