IT Band (left knee) and bone contusion (right knee) both felt fine during run. Have been icing at least 3 times a day and have been doing IT stretches 2-3 times a day.
Run went really well until around mile 13 or so. Felt a bit out of energy during the last 3 miles — really need to concentrate on eating better carbs the day before long runs (sweet potatoes, whole wheat pastas, etc.). Lastly need to slow down pace on these long runs so I don't overwork myself before the race - should have stayed around a 9:05 pace today.
