BEFORE RUN: 1 banana + water.
DURING RUN: 16 oz water, 4 oz Gatorade , GU.
Good run. HR stayed MUCH lower than it has in the past during long runs but pace was also about 20 sec/mile slower. Still, really happy with keeping HR that low. Only went over 150 for very brief periods on hills, but stayed in the lower 140's mostly. Dustin looked good today. He wore cute shorts and a funny shirt...shit, wrong diary.
