Judith and I had a great workout with some rough conditions. Temperature was 19 degrees when we started and the roads were ice/snow covered and very slippery at the top. Actually fell at the bottom when I was putting my water back in my belt and landed on my left elbow, ouch. We ran into Geoff Baker on our first loop and we chatted with him for a few minutes. Geoff is going to do the Barclay's race he covered last year.
