Running two miles sucks! Not only am I sore and stiff for the first 1.5 but just when I start to get loose and interested in what I'm doing then it's over.

I really need to go for a longer run and probably a trail run probably both. A long trail run is just what I need. Today is not starting off so well. As Luke is sick and has a fever so he has to stay home from school today. I'm going to stay with him in the morning and then go to work in the afternoon as Patti should be home around 4pm.

I need some new shoes. My feet are sore and I really need to see the podiatrist about the skin problem with the bottom of my feet.
