I'm not sure what my true average pace was here. I did 4 on the TM. Goal was 10mm for 2 miles, then last 2 miles at "tempo to 10K" which I ended up doing 9:30/9:15/9/8:48 but had to take walk breaks. Not quite what I was supposed to do but I guess I still got a pretty good workout in. I think i was still tired from the VO2 max int 2 days ago.
