i noticed a few days ago that my heel hurt whenever it struck the ground, so i took a few days off. it feels fine now, and this run was pretty nice. we're looking at vassar tomorrow (colin hepburn goes there!) and running across the hudson valley at sunset was pretty beautiful. twice on this run i saw this fat little butterball of a kid on a hotwheels bike and he was pretty ballin
