keep getting numb feet......not sure why. just focused on cadence. 10 minute warmup then 10 aero, 3 up and 5 down and on the last 5 worked my way up through then 2 cool down then I did 3 sets of 20 individual leg working on eliminating the hitches. hopefully as I spend more time in the saddle that numbness/pins and needles in my feet go away. 2 days this week, hopefully I can get outside saturday for a short ride, then 3 days a week going forward. Legs feel fine, its just the feet.
