keeping it nice and easy 10 min warmup, 5 minutes aero working progressively harder, then 5 easy, 5 aero working up again, then 5 cool down. Max speed 20 mph, brought it down to 13ish on my cool downs. Just keep putting in the time....the quad strength will come.
