Friday I am thinking long slow ride around 15 miles. Saturday long 6 mikes slow run and sunday a mini brick. run 1 ride 5 run 1 to try to get my legs ready for coast guard.

Friday 3.2 mile run-easy
Saturday Race-
Sunday 6 mile run slow
