Notes

did the first two mile hard out of the box 7:20/7:12 which is great considering the hill. slowed down to 7:58 for the third and then cranked back to a 8:30ish for #4 then ramped it up to a 7:40 for the last. Felt good, should have tried a more steady 7:30 pace but its tough with the hills.
