If you eliminate the ball busting .25 mile hill at the end I was well over 19mph for an average. I like that loop alot, going to make that my 2 weekday rides unless I do hill repeats once a week. not a bad idea actually, do a 5 mile warmup and then hill repeats and then a 5 mile close out with good cadence.
