Notes
So-so workout in Atlanta. First time doing anything other than easy running in a while now, so it was good to bust the rust. Was planning on doing 2x2.5miles, but decided to break it up more during the workout.
Positives: Nothing hurt or was sore. Hit the 5:00 pace I was hoping to hit despite the wind.
Negatives: Pace felt a lot harder than I was hoping it would. A lot worse than 11 days ago with Brock in Shelby.
