Really nice run along a valley on some dirt roads and up the side of a mountain. Would have loved to keep going, but I didn't want to press my luck having done two relatively longer days in a row.
Later in the day I did a 12 mile hike with my parents. It was pretty boggy at times (as Ireland often is) but fun. A little IT tightness on the way down.
