Notes

Despite the legs not feeling great on the warmup, I decided to go for the workout of 6xmile on the track. Plan was to start at 4:50 and drop it down steadily to in the high 4:30s and I did almost exactly that with splits of: 4:49 (2:30) 4:46 (2:30) 4:43 (2:30) 4:40 (3:00) 4:37 (3:00) 4:33.

Pretty happy with the workout, though I definitely didn't feel 100% relaxed, which I guess shouldn't be too surprising as it it was basically my first time doing anything sub-5:00 pace since last spring during track. I think with a little company on the workouts and a few more of these under my belt, I think I could hold that 4:33 pace for a 5k which would be a big PR of 14:08.
