Notes

Really nice run from Rice Eccles Stadium, loop around Sugar House, loop around Liberty, and back up the hill.

More importantly, this was my second run attempting to run with less crossover. Unlike yesterday where I was feeling really unnatural and tired (for a variety of reasons), on today's run I felt unambiguously that the new stride was more efficient and (hopefully) less strain on my hip. Felt really relaxed keeping the pace at sub-7 pace which is not common during my first few days at elevation. My only concern is that I was having a little pain between my 4th and 5th metatarsal for the last 10 minutes of the run.

Overall, encouraging.
