Notes

Good workout on the bike path in Canton. Wasn't nearly as much of a grind as my last one in Los Angeles. Also, my new flats are definitely too big and completely tore up my feet to where I was bleeding out of 3 different spots and blistering another. All this despite feeling horrible on the warmup and never really feeling like I was in a rhythm.

Good that the tempo has been getting better week after week. Was dropping a number of miles in the 5:1x range and not feeling like I was straining.
