Ran with Zach at what felt like a pretty zippy pace. Felt good the first half, but in the second half, everything was feeling sore and tired: my calves, hip flexors, glutes, everything. Luckily, no toe pain!
Spent the rest of the day walking around on the Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes in Michigan. The 5 miles on the sand was definitely a little rough on my legs. My toe and right hip flexor in particular.
