Notes

Workout with Eric was 4 miles alternating between 5:12 pace for 800m and 5:55 pace for 800m. That felt OK with the exception of some gastric distress. After his workout, I was planning on doing 8x400m w/1min rest around Centennial, but I could tell from the first one that something was wrong. Ran a 66, downhill and felt like I was redlining the last 100m. Recovered OK after each one, but felt absolutely horrible, weak, and winded running splits of 66, 67, 68, 68.

Something is wrong right now, most likely some fatigue from training over break. Also, I'm not sure that my stomach has fully recovered from the caffeine pills on Sunday.
