Notes

Really nice progression run. The plan was to do 55min - 65min at 6:15 cutting down to 5:35. Did the whole workout looping around Centennial Park which is my new go-to spot for tempo. First 2.5 miles were about 5:55 pace, then 3 miles @ 5:45, followed by miles of 5:39, 5:37, 5:35, 5:37, and anther ~0.75 miles on an unmarked section.

Effort was very easy, and most of the run felt more like an easy run than a workout. Back got a little tight, and legs didn't feel that loose, but I was moving quickly without any problem .
