Notes

Did a workout with Eric on the track. My portion was 800, 1200, 800, 1200, 800 @ ~73-4/lap. Last 800m was around 71s. Really good workout for Eric, and I felt surprisingly OK doing my first non-easy run since the injury. Didn't cooldown a lot just to play it safe with the knee.
