Notes

Ran on the golf course. Did about a dozen 10 second pickups during the run as per Mitch's suggestion. Felt good and was definitely running quite a bit quicker than I usually do on my morning runs, but it felt good. Definitely am going to incorporate the surges into my easy runs 1-2x/week.
