First workout post ART. Felt incredible. Was flying and feeling like I haven't felt in a month and a half.

20min warmup, 2x(6min@tempo, 3x20sec hill), 24min cooldown. About 30-60sec recover after the tempo mile, and walk down recovery plus 20sec after the hills.
