Notes

Did a progression run with Eric. Started 2 miles easy, 2 miles @ 6:00, 2 miles @ 5:30, 0.5 miles @ 5:05. Good workout for Eric who look pretty strong though he told me he was working pretty hard the last mile. I felt a little better than I have lately, but the 5:05 pace at the end felt faster than I would have liked it to feel.
