Long run on a really wet day in the park. Started out on the horse trails with Sham, Hunter, Ashley, Lanni, Jackson, but they all stopped off after 65 minutes, so I added on on the Ensworth Greenway to make it 15. Didn't think I was going very fast with the crazy rain, wet shoes, and strong winds, but I was finishing the run at 6:20 - 6:30 pace feeling pretty relaxed. Legs felt surprisingly good.
