Notes

Nice day that turned cold. Got 1.5 in the warmup to Love Circle where the team did a hill workout. Did a little more running after we got back to MBA and then did 6x80m buildups with Coach Villemain. Compared to last time I did these, I definitely felt a little smoother, though it definitely help building into them rather than starting from a sprint.
