Did a 7-mile tempo run up and down Emigration Canyon in Salt Lake. Starting up the canyon into a headwind was pretty tough, but I ran really consistent splits going up. Coming down, my chest felt a little tight the whole time and I had a side stitch, but I managed decent splits, though not as quick as I would have liked. Although I'm getting more used to the altitude, 5000ft still isn't feeling comfortable. On conversion table put this workout as equivalent to doing 5:35 pace at sea level, but I'll definitely take that with a grain of salt.
