Notes

Was planning on doing a mixed workout with Eric, but a family emergency lead to a change of plans. I ended up running 4 miles with Tom and Anthony and then adding on another 4 miles while incorporating 10x30sec w/1min rest. If I had to guess, I would say I was going near 4:00 pace, but I was on the golf course in heavy trainers, so I don't really know. Felt pretty fast for most of them, but the workout definitely left me surprisingly winded.

All in all, a good way to add in a little speed in a low-key way.
