Notes

2 miles warm-up and then joined Eric for some of his workout @ 4:55 - 5:00 pace (1200, 600, 600, 600, 400). Hip held up, but I think the track is harder on it than the roads due to the turning. First time going faster that 7:00 pace in almost two weeks.
