Another great morning run. Felt really light on my feet and like the run was running itself, if that makes any sense. A little tenderness in my right ankle for some reason, but no soreness or pain like I was expecting following yesterday's workout on the track in spikes. Also, I think this is the only time I have ever averaged under 7:30 for three morning runs in a week.
