2x8x400m (w/45sec and 4:30 between sets)
Good workout on the track on my own. Really consistent with the splits, though I was definitely hurting by the end. Shooting to run 65-66 average and ended up hitting 65.3 for the average.
I think that I'll do one or two more workouts like this before the half marathon so that running 74s doesn't feel fast.
