Good run with Will. Started out on the greenway, out the the Boulevard, on Tyne, and back on the Boulevard. Plan for Will was 5 miles @ Easy, 4 miles @ 6:00 - 6:20, 3 miles @ 5:30 - 5:40. Will executed the workout to a T despite some very windy conditions, especially when we were progressing on the way back. It's getting to the point where a workout for Will is really a solid workout for me. Felt good. Lifted after.
