Notes

Did a workout with Eric on the track. 2x4x400m w/1 minute between reps and 6 minutes between sets. Eric had a really good workout, and I was able to hang with him until the last couple. The times were 65, 65, 65, 66, 63, 64, 65, 67. Pretty happy with how it went. Definitely not fit at all right now, but I was able to get in a workout and run ok throughout.
