Notes

Really nice workout with Kenny in the evening. Jogged over to the Sylvan Park Rec Center where we met up and started the workout. Progressed from 6:40s to 5:40s over the course of 11.5 miles. I felt super relaxed, though kind of in-between gears at times (not quite tempo, but not quite easy). Doubt my pulse got much higher than 160.
