Ran on the rail trail in Park City starting at 6800ft. Felt good and relaxed on the way out and down running just under running an average of about 5:58 pace. On the way back felt pretty strong until mile 15 when I started getting really tired, though last mile was still around 6:15. Average was 6:02 without my warm-up mile of ~7:20.
I think that for runs lasting longer than an 1:30, I really need to get in the habit of taking gels, because I think I just hit a nutritional wall which was exacerbated by the elevation.
