Warm-up (14 minutes run)

1.5 mile @ tempo (~5:30/mile) - 1:15 jog recovery after

4x45sec @ R (mile race pace) - 1:15 min jog between each

1.5 mile @ tempo (~5:20/mile) - 1:15 jog recovery after

Cooldown (14 minutes run)

Felt good. Eric look really strong.
