3x2mile at 5:28 pace with Eric followed by 8x400m solo with 1:15 between reps and 3:00 between 4 and 5. Times were 65.2, 63.2, 64.6, 64.2, 63.1, 62.9, 64.9, 61.5. Pretty decent workout at the end of a 13 mile run and a 18 mile day.
