workout was 4 x 1mi @5:45, with 90 sec recovery
This was 3 days after the Big Sur 21m race (on Sunday). Jason gave me only 4, but fast. First one was tough to get going but overall quite quickly found the right stride to keep that going. Felt pretty good, considering legs were still heavy from the race. Las repeat was quite a bit faster w/o too many issues!
Brooklyn half is 10 days out!
