85F and 60 % humidity ouch. That said I got it done. I was aiming for 7:10/mi and went 7:11, 6:57, 7:03, 7:04. I really need a fitness test, I'm just basing paces off of my 5k PR almost a year ago. Cut the last planned rep before starting because of temps. I like to survive. Next time take a water bottle with and dump it at the bottom of the hill or Boyson parking lot.
