2E + 3x2mi@HMP (7:3x) w/ 3min jog + 2E
Not a good run
pre run HR was high, I think I'm getting a cold, the right calf, hammy AND hip were niggling. ugg.
when I started the hip and hammy quieted down but the calf never really relaxed.
Last Thursday the intervals were easy and I was holding back, today I strained and the wind was awful.
Even when I finished my third 3 mile rep... I could barely move as I was headed right into the wind.
