Hot as balls!
Did dicharry precision / hips first and came out ready to move (that really is a good warmup... maybe too hard at this point).
Tried to keep everything super easy and make sure I landed not entierly on the outside of the feet and rolled through the big toe. It seems the left foot is actually worse, I wonder if that imbalance is why the right gets sore, is it the one compensating??? who knows but nothing was sore until 25 min in then right hip got a little sore.Did I mention it was super hot.
