A gentle reintroduction to speed
1E + 8x200@5k w 200 ez + 1E + 6 strides barefoot.
200 goal was 48. Hit 44, 45, 44, 43, 45, 45, 46, 44.
Also the calf was sore but didn't affect form. When I got to the barefoot strides I pretty much didn't notice the calf so I must load it different there.
