a long controlled tempo on the grass at Wanatee!! GPS was wonky mile 1 and kept showing 11:30 before giving me 9:20 while I was cruisin. Comparing to https://www.strava.com/activities/10143465563 this should be somewhere between 7.5-8.0 so I'll take the lower end.
Did a great job staying under control for mile 1-4 (9:20, 8:10, 05, 01 then hit the long uphill in 7:57 and felt it after descending Squawt Rack and just had to keep it rolling all sub 8 for the rest).
Should call this a progression not a tempo. whatever
