super windy. Missed Thorsday (too much beer last night) and just had a little bit of time pre massage. This felt really good for 4 miles then I started pushing slightly just because going into the wind I felt like I wasn't moving. Turned into a small progression but average HR stayed right at the top of GA somehow.
